Then when it is time to do your billing you can combine fixed fee and hourly items on the same invoice. You can also include any reimbursable items and vendors as well. When you bill an hourly phase Praesto will present you with a list of time slips to include in the invoice - it doesn’t get much simpler than that.

Finally, Praesto will push your invoices and time slips into QuickBooks to keep your accounting pain free.
